Customer interacts with an online and dynamic quote:

  • When the quote is sent, all CRM data and deal information is synced with the latest available. 
  • If the quote is viewed or declined the CRM is updated with the users activity.
  • When the quote is accepted,
    • The selected items on the quote are marked as "Accepted" in a database so production can begin.
    • A deposit and balance invoices are created in the accounting system and the deposit invoice is emailed immediately.
    • Marketing channels informed of "conversion" for ROI calculations.
    • Contact is moved to a seperate email lists and all necessary stake holders notified.

  • CRM customer data is updated if changed on the form by the user.
